Sprigs + Twigs Online Shop

Client: Sprigs + Twigs is a natural beauty and personal care product online shop.

Challenge: The client, Rosalind, was ready to amp up her messaging to better encompass her business as it has grown since opening several years ago. She wanted a total website rewrite including all the info and about pages and product descriptions.

Solution: Because Sprigs + Twigs didn’t have a headline and byline, my first order of business was to nail that voice to help direct the rest of the website. Rosalind, the owner, said she likes to make up words, so I included a made-up word in her headline to portray her playful nature while conveying what makes her products amazing. I also clarified why her natural line of products differs from other natural brands, so it’s easy to see why buying from Sprigs + Twigs is a no-brainer.

Although she had copy for her over 90 products, Rosalind wanted a total rewrite with more details as to the specific ingredients’ benefits of each product. I wrote what I knew about the ingredients’ and researched what I didn’t already know to ensure excellent, science-backed descriptions to make it clear to the consumer how each product can help them.

For the About page, I rewrote the copy to convey the many benefits of Sprigs + Twigs products to the consumer so they could feel just how much Rosalind cares for their health, which is what keeps her going in her business.

I also rewrote the informational pages explaining the science behind Sprigs + Twigs and why natural doesn’t necessarily mean better.
